Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the business development team, helping to drive overall Rockstar Social strategy and business growth in line with company’s plans
  • Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the market – short term and long term trends
  • Responsible for business from the assigned territory
  • Develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline
  • Generate sales leads according to the business development plan
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Identify partnership opportunities in target market
  • Build new relationships to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Ideal skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Communication Skill
  • A great Storyteller and natural at kindling active conversations
  • Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments with the company
  • Excited about the opportunity to work and grow with an early stage startup
  • Innovative and self-starter
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
